Here are 5 small acts of kindness which can have BIG happiness impacts.

  1. Smile – at everyone! Even when you least feel like it. Before you know it your smile will be real.
  2. Leave a nice comment on someone’s blog post or social media account. 😀
  3. Bring donuts, cookies, bagels, or whatever your team loves to the office.
  4. Compliment a stranger on their bag, their shoes, their amazing hair cut.
  5. Leave a larger tip than normal for your favorite barista or local server. They work hard and will be grateful for the recognition.

I could go on, there are just so many easy ways to spread happiness. It really doesn’t take much to make the world a brighter place to live in. Try a few and see what happens.

Sending you love and happiness.

❤️

        1. I can definitely see some of my traits in the description… thank you again for the fun post!

“People born in the Year of the Sheep are tender, polite, filial, clever, and kind-hearted. They have special sensitivity to art and beauty and a special fondness for quiet living. They are wise, gentle and compassionate and can cope with business cautiously and circumspectly. In their daily life, they try to be economical. They are willing to take good care of others, but they should avoid pessimism and hesitation.”
